Mz Peel likes pearly white sparkly frames. What decided me was watching vintage racers to see what color was easiest to follow in close packs at a distance. Also added some subtle highlights by spraying two cans at once of red and blue for bit of sky bluepink hints. Not seen in close up below nor at a distance but up close can. http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x93/hoboter/Peelbone5_zpsa84eaf90.jpg
This bike has a flat silver (powder coat) on the frame. I also use a gloss silver (powder, clear coated) on some late model builds like [HASHTAG]#126[/HASHTAG] in the gallery. The flats look nice as a contrast against the gloss body panels but are harder to maintain over time since you cant sand and re-polish. If you do sand, it turns into a grey color. The gloss finish look great as well and is easier to take care of down the road
Mz Peel expedient rattle can with reflective butterfly stickers. Chevy organe-day-glow highlights I now want in JD tractor yellow to match Ohlin springs. Bare frame first pickled inside/outside by zinc-phosphorous-stromium, then penetrating/preserving Strongarm oil, white base coat, sky-blue-pinkish subtle random over sprays- only perceived close up, covered in gloss clear coat with rainbow sparkle dust. Peel custom miss fitting parts clutter requires repeated assembly/disassembly so want easy touch up till after dyno and re-learning crash avoidance before more respectable finish.
