For those of you that have fitted Lansdowne dampers, assuming your springs from the old legs were ok did you throw them back in or did you replace them while you were in there?

I had progress springs but when I did Lansdown I put the my orginal springs back in they were still good , the progress springs were a bit to hard.

Me too.
 
I have gone up the external spring route, as I am going for a cafe racer look.
