Making progress on my fork rebuild. The forks are together and mounted on the bike. Waiting for new headlight and finishing gauges and dash so they are not mounted yet. I put all new components in the forks including tubes, bushings, seals, and Landsdowne dampers. I polished the sliders. I have the NYC Norton billet yokes and cast aluminum headlight mounts.

Here are some pictures so far:

The picture showing the LANSDOWNE dampers is great  where the dampers removed from your road bike?

Hey John, your getting old...those are the dampers I bought from you for this bike...it is my road bike. It looks like it's not because I am still working on the gauges and dash...I think the NYC Norton yokes threw you off :D

Everything fit perfectly by the way. Thanks.

Sorry Dennis, i thought you where building "another" bike,so you are fettling the road machine to go racing? is this a open class . how many bikes are you up against :?:

No not racing. Just wanted to improve the handling and look of the Norton. Trying to maintain the classic look with upgrades to make it more road worthy. I also like the look of the Colorado Norton Works billet front end, but wanted to change to 1" bars and Matt couldn't do that. Ken at NYC Norton was able to modify the clamps to accept the 1" bars. I wanted the bars so I could use new style switch gear to get rid of the old Lucas stuff. This also accomplished the master cylinder fix since the new stuff has a smaller master. I will use the stock caliper and disk to start but may upgrade later. I am making a billet dash similar to the CNW one with analog voltmeter that will mount to the top yoke. It's only part way there in the pictures so a little confusing. I understand why you thought it was being set up for racing. I love your kit, it was easy and the fit was perfect.
