In some thread past I was looking into using a large dispensing syringe and a #8 needle to fill the forks with 20# oil. I waited close to 2 months for the needles to arrive from china and a little longer for the job to show up. This little invention will shave off a lot of time...it works great. I believe the syringe itself will be a one use item, the rubber tip seems to swell and becomes stiffer to use the next day or so. But it's cheap enough. The needle will last indefinitely. The syringes are something like 3 for $10.

FWIW, I use a small measuring cup with the appropriate amount of fork oil (ATF in my case - Fauth Fork Mod). I arrange so that the spring is sticking up an inch or two above the triple tree and then, with the spout of the small measuring cup placed so as to touch the spring on the "uphill side" of the spring, I slowly pour in the oil. It wicks down the spring and takes less than two minutes. Before the mod, when I used heavier oil, it took longer but was still fast enough to NOT be annoying. ;)

I purchased some while back a number or 60ml syringes with a formed tapered outlet. easy job to dispense 50ml each time into fork leg or indeed primary case
Unfortunately as you have already alluded to. medical syringe seal don't take to hydro carbons well and the seal swell even if you wash them immediately.

Yes I agree that syringes need to be cleaned after each use with soap and water or the rubber swells or you are looking for a new one. Try hobbie shops. They carry larger syringes for model radio control a/c and cars that run on nitro fuels for the two strokes.
