I have a flasher relais, Norton Part No. 06-2045, Lucas 9FL12V. The terminals marked with L and B, were formerly marked WL and E. How should I connect :?
Fritz
The L-terminal stands for lights or loads and the B-terminal stands for battery. Seeing that the Norton is positive ground, you may just want to hook it up the opposite way. However, if you looked inside these flashing units, it doesn't really matter which way you hook these terminals as they are not polarity sensitive. If your flashing unit was an electronic type of unit, then polarity does matter.
