The company has an advertising budget bigger than all outdoors.... Aunt Flo, and now a half dozen other painful nerds bombarding the TV, yet, CHEAPED OUT on the call center, and the customers get screwed. Again.
Bite it Flo.

The entire industry sucks, they spend untold millions on people/tactics denying and or low-balling claims, to increase their obscene profits.
I fired liberty mutual 20+ years ago, after they mailed me a check for $9 to paint half a Suburban.
I still have the check, to remind to never give them another nickle.

My logic (at the time): "if all insurance sucks, then I'll buy the cheapest I can find"
 
That really bites , a month or so ago NS Prov. Gov. Let everyone on their public service pension plan that our info had been hacked , still waiting to see what negatives to follow , and the fix … both of us receive that pension …
 
Maximize profits and screw the customer, what are they going to do(?), a common business mantra these days.
I'd dump those guys in a heartbeat.
Look at Hagerty. If interested I can relay some good interaction with them and no I do not sell automobile insurance.
 
I have gone with Haggerty for my old car and bikes- has so far been positive. Low rates for all, full coverage and no deductible. Have had a windshield claim on the MG that they handled quickly and professionally.

As for data security I can’t say if they are any better than anyone else.

Hagerty has my vintage vehicles.
They do modern?
 
Third party call center personnel to help handle the volume of calls. So you know that their service SUCKS, and your info is now being used by countless crooks and hackers after they bought it from the Mumbai open market :mad:

They were willing to do my 07 Solara but only if it was not used as a daily driver.
My 2 modern bikes are through progressive, wonder when Ill get the letter?

Maybe I got a letter because I had to USE the call center....
 
Any business or individual connected to interweb is wide open to the new age crooks , surprisingly it is on going , 7 yrs ago my wife in San Fran for work second trip , her coworker used her card first trip , Jo was using hers on second , Sat. night I get a call both our cards plus 50k others had been compromised and our cards were no good … a shit show followed ! A long deceased buddy believed if ya got caught stealing you paid with a hand , sometimes I wonder if was onto to something ….
 
...and I had to USE the call center, because the on-line utility would not allow me to remove a driver. 😡
