Extended length kickstarts

Could someone please tell me of any suppliers known to carry the extended length kickstarts that are used in lieu of a Mk III kickstart on Mk II and earlier Commandos? I know RGM is one supplier that has them but not sure who else. Thanks.

That is a certainly a big kickstart level pictured on the Norton...
