What kind of exhaust rose nut I must BUY ???[/quote]

The only thing that matters is the style of PIPE retention. Pull it out and look at it !!!!

There are basically 4 types I am aware of.

original thin flange from 1949 until 1973-750 ... all use .72" of thread whether small fin or 1973 750 only big fin style.

73-74 850 captive collet insert .62" of thread

1975 flared collet .62" of thread

aftermarket unbalanced 750 type... same as 1975 flared collet style use 850 .62" of thread

Based on your pix you need early 750 or 1973 750 big fin

When using the 750 unbalanced pipes with the 850 exhaust nuts, an extra crush washer will take up the space needed for the shorter threads..

That worked for me too.
I suggest to retighten nuts while engine running 2-3000 rpm.

we were never allowed to tighten anything on alloy heads when they were hot. I still believe in that. I think the solid aluminium washers the best one, especially when using some Maniseal to prevent leaks. I still use the original lack tabs to on my 750. The 80 is another story I have written about.

So I suppose my exhaust rose nut must have 30 mm diameter-
hoping to find inside, two good bronze nuts, with correct thread

CNW has really nice exhaust nuts...
exhaust nuts

That looks nice. I always thought the ones that come with the Maney exhaust system look small and nice.

When using the 750 unbalanced pipes with the 850 exhaust nuts

I use the 750 unbalanced pipes on my 850, I keep the spherical mount and together with the crush washer you get the adjustability of the balanced pipes and could use the 850 nuts but I use bronze nuts with the long thread.
