Hi Friends
Paul make this pic last WE, the bike is now close to my idee of a cafe racer but I have still some changes to do in the future, hope you enjoy and say if you dont like it...

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

I did 9.000 kms with the Seeley and made some changes on it, like the stickers:

before:

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

and now, Iput the DSeeley sticker on the fairing and enlarge the Norton sticker on the tank

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

The Monza cap was spilling gas all the time and I glue the air holes in the cap and weld apiece on the tank to put a air vent

I change the hugly crankcase vent to a SX 650 PCV with aluminium tubes, I sand blast the blue end on the oil line and polish it

before:

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

and after I change the front mudguard for a alloy one:

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

I change also the counters for electronical stuff

Before:
Evolution of my Seeley Commando

and now:

Evolution of my Seeley Commando

THis is the end from the story so far, thanks to Paul for thr help and the pics and as you see, i am a better ingeneer as a computer freak
Cheers yves

Very cool. I especially like the black chrome pipes. (Maney, no?)

Keep up the great work!

What is it with Belgium? Great beer, great chocolate and hot motorcycles!

Have a fun Christmas and don't annoy the cops too much.

Cheers, Mick

Very nice, I once had a Seeley with a Matchless G50 engine. Wish I still had it.

Indeed, very nice. Are you allowed to ride on the streets without rear view mirrors? I know they allow old bikes without flashers so I'm not surprised you don't have any.

So what next? you seem bent on spending all your money into it

Maney, yes, very light and ad power at mid-range and on top, but you don't receive in black chrome, I search for a while to find a platter abel to do the job, in the UK, Holland, France en at the end in Belgium and I find one next to my door

No need to have flashers or rear view mirrors, but for safety I have one:

Yves ,
how do you like your TTI gearbox ?

Fantastic! Shifting is as accurate as on my Yamaha R7 superbike
I open the gearbox to watch and the stuff is hyper-modern
When I was young a race on a side car with Koenig engine with different gear boxes like Quaife or Shaftlitner but no one give me satisfaction
TTI is top of the game, expensive but top and Brian the European Distrbutor is very kind and helpfull

I still dream to find Ceriani GP fork legs ans a 260mm drum from a Yamaha TD but very expensive: 600 Euros for the fork legs ans almost 2.000 Euros for a original Yam drum...

What I will do in the next days:
Sand blast and polish the gas containers from the rear shocks and chrome the springs
Make some work in the head to make the Keyhins more efficient
Change the head gasket for a Maney copper one and chek the Maney high compression pistons, PW 3 camshaft and US made alloy conrods for wear after 9.000 kms

I forgot: I lower the rea sets by almost one inch for more confort and it nevet touch the tarmarc, some time the tip of my shoe
I put also needle bearings on the reaset

I am sure you know about Disco Volante, they have a TZ replica brake at only 1345 Euros  Your Seeley would look really good with a big drum on the front, but maybe not your pocketbook

I am not I ritch man, but no finacial borders for my bike

Very tasty Yves. Love it.
Did you keep the fairing lower-half and would it still fit if you wanted to put it on?

Yves,
Please take some pictures when you take the tank off. Are you a Coyote??

I keep the full fairing, the one on the Seeley now is a Norvil Production racer en I can go back to the Seeley full fairing if I wish, but dont want to hide the engine.
BTW I dont weld or make any hole in the frame to use the Seeley on the road

I think Yves is from Belgium which is a bit far from the south of France where the Coyotes are based http://www.coyote-racing-team.com/crt/accueil.html (check out the pics, they are very good and plentiful)
