engine priming

It's me again does anybody have a nice trick to prime oil the engine ( except kicking :mrgreen: ) . I can prime my Mopars
with a drill until the hole oil gallery is filled ( remove the distributor and then you have access to the oil pump )

Remove the rocker feed from the cases and repalce it with one fitted with a short length of plastic pipe. Push the nozzle of an oil can full of your prefered oil into the plastic pipe and pump like hell. Basically the MK3 method.

I pump the oil in at the timing cover rocker feed hole using an oil can with a flexible spout which has a tapered nozzle, similar to this one: http://www.toolstation.com/images/libra ... =553115085
-with a couple of turns of tape wrapped around the nozzle acting as an 'oil seal'.

Thanks, that was also one of my thoughts. I have a rear-end oilcooler pump, maybe i can missuse it. I have also a few banjo fittings and oil lines :idea:
