My '70 Commando has the Dunstall twin ft. discs and was wondering if anyone knew or knew someone that knew, the quantity and type of fork oil needed.
The front end seems quite soft so I suspect a little work is needed.

Thanks,
Tad

The Dunstall double disc front end uses standard Norton internals. Oil capacity is the same, 150 cc per leg.

Curious to know what you think of the braking on this set-up. I have one on my cafe racer and find it is no better and maybe a little worse than the stock single disc. I'm going to replace it with a single 300mm full floater Brembo with four pot caliper and Brembo master cylinder (similar to CNW) and a Hyde fork brace.

Seems as though we'll have the same set up on the front as I've been thinking of a N.H. fork brace. Do they actually stiffen the front end up rather noticeably or is the difference marginal?
