Drouin (2017)

At least 30 years ago I was friends with a norton collector/dealer who was crazy for those drouin superchargers. He had 2 or 3 of them in his parts room, and was always trying to get me to install one of them on my commando. Probably, the thing that most kept me from doing it was that I felt like I was in uncharted territory, and didn't have the money or the resources to experiment and learn what needed to be done to make it work, nor was there anyone anywhere that I knew of, who had a working drouin on a commando that I could "go to school" on.

I think you're crazy Jimbo, but WTBS I hope to see you prove me wrong...

No problems but after a long rest, it needs a shot of starting fluid to save my legs but once started it will start usually start 1 st kick for daily runs.

The only problem I have is the Duc & Norton are different foot / clutch so i usually take out the Duc.

When I do ride the Norton it"s a Trip. Almost the same acceleration as the Duc, It feels like 1/2 size compared to the ST3S
