Rear drive sprocket seems loose. Any way to tighten without tearing down rear wheel assembly.

If it seems loose then take the wheel apart, on mine it was a broken circlip allowing a bearing to move around and best not left to chance.

No short cuts here as may be bearings going bad too which extra shock loads the weak 2 piece axle to fracture plus eats sprocket teeth and chain links way faster. Likely the paddle wheel cushions are chewed to mush too. Cycle tire side walls work best/last longest for me. If not gone through rear wheel assembly prior, who knows what missing or miss assembled parts might run into - destroying stability by normal use.

Ugh, we been through this soap opera many times to: 1. inquiring mechanics still end up having to and then being glad to take completely apart as 2. fault(s) found hardly ever turn out to match much or anything being routinely/logically presented to consider before hand. Then after all this, will learn its best not to put back failure prone factory bearing etc, so still going to bite bullet and bleed or swear, learning new tricks of the trade plus failing some before back riding w/o a care till another cascade show stopper shows up. Eventually leads to fully fettered Commando, better than sex, if caught up a while before cycle stars over again.
