Does anyone know the weight difference between the Domiracer and Dominator?
The Domiracer has a single gauge (tach), no turn signals, no brake light, lightened top and lower yolks.

Are the engine specs the same? (Cam, compression, valves, etc)

Same gearing?

I prefer the look of the single gauge. Does the Domiracer tach provide any additional info?
Such as high beam indicator, oil warning light etc?

When did Norton go to 10,000 rpm tachs?

I think it is the same state of tune. It had the open megaphones , map to suit , aluminum tank , single tach and not street legal ?

The parts you mention must be all of 4 or 5 lbs Scott?!

Engine is same spec I believe.

One shouldn’t consider buying one on the basis of different performance me thinks...

It has the same tach that your bike has I think. Also I have seen them with full lighting and with a speedo . MCN had a write up on it . Only Made in 2014 I read in MCN.

Just curious when they changed the tach. Odd.
The California and newest bikes appear to have 9000 rpm tachs.

Hello Raphi , I think the change to 7500 rpm red line was to be more like the actual rev-limit cut in . As we all know cuts in way before 8000 rpm. I have read there is a safe limit for hydraulic self-adjusting lifters in general and that is most likely around the 7500 rpm mark .
