Dominator rockers vs Commando rockers

A quick question for the gurus here - is there any difference between Dominator rockers and Commando ones?
I posted this on the Commando pages, but no one seems to know...

I believe they're not the same--the part numbers differ

I think you will find Dommy ones are wider but I am not going up into the loft to measure my stock.......Memory says that on the later heads they increased the width of the outer rocker spindle support and took some meat off the rocker. Memory says the casting numbers on the rockers were the same for Dommy and Commando but the memories are 30 PLUS years old so .......

The width of the rockers changed in about 1967. They were shortened by something like 1/8 inch to accomodate a greater width of head casting supporting the outer end of the rocker spindles. if my memory banks are working correctly (and i aint going up into my cold loft to checkthe two boxes marked ROCKERS NEW and ROCKERS S.H. bith were manufactured from the same forging because the forging number is the same on both types.
