Are you the owner of a Red Norton Fastback with a single Mikuni carb that was on display at the Leverda Concourse in Brisbane Queensland this sunday.
If so you might want to check the two into one carby manifold as the socket screws felt loose to me.
If this is the case then you can bet the inside ones will be loose as well.
This is a disaster waiting to happen.
I know as It happened to me and I found the socket screw sitting on top of the inlet valve.
You will know when it has ingested the screw as it will run as lean as due to a 8mm hole where the screw was direct to the atmosphere, that's if it's not welded to the top of the piston.
It wont be long before you will be up for a head job, --- not that head job.
