Doggone it! Besides the wealth of technical information and experience, there are so many really sweet machines on this site.. if I were the type to have an inferiority complex, I would be in deep kim chee!

But in this forlorn community of have nots, my dirty old bike is coveted by old and young! Ha! I tell them... get a suzuki and you won't even need a tool kit!

The original headers and taiwan mufflers, painted black, go with my philosophy of "commando on the cheap". But I've been commuting some lately, and every 500 miles or so, they need paint to keep 'em respectable.
I'm gonna wash and polish this thing soon... I promise

I could never get the "750 commando" stickers straight or centered, so I settled for a little fun. I seldom get original ideas, admittedly I appropriated this kitty cat from here:http://www.bikeexif.com/triton-motorcycle-4

Some things never change... when this bike was built 40 years ago, many of us thought we should solve our own troubles... I guess we haven't learned that much after all.

So, lets see some other scruffy commandos....

My mommy or my wifey would point at that bike and tell me he's bad company stay away! : ) The Kitty cat would make worry about cat scratch fever to get to close.

Don't worry as your bike looks good the way it is, looks well ridden, making them look pretty don't make them go any better.

nice bike! mine came with one of those little fairings and i took it right off, but i really like the look of it on yours. tuff looking norton 8)

That emgo fairing works pretty good, considering its minimal size. I notice it above 50mph. And in the frequent rain around here, with that and the mud flap, I stay a lot dryer. Until I get home and open the pinot noir...
