I believe it is part NM24389 part #11

Old Britts has most of the bolt and screw sizes on their part breakdowns.

06-7885 is listed as a 73 or 74 part # and would be 3/8" dia with 16tpi on one end and 24tpi on the other end. thread in the crankcase should be 3/8" x 16tpi

06-7885/NM24389 is the cylinder head stud, the threads of which were never changed (to Unified) so it is 3/8 x 20 (BSF) x 26 (BSC) TPI.
