If the customer does not want the part he is more then welcome to send it back. As to all orders, if you are not happy please send it back for a FULL refund.
From what I can see, the link he purchased the unit from was NOT in the Norton section or state it fits a Norton.

The second link that was sent via email was the unit he needed, that unit was not purchased and that unit is in the Norton section.

I will check all my listings, IF there is a problem with my site or listing it will be fixed.
To my customer, send it back for a refund or exchange. I will pay for the return shipping to me and back to you if you would like us to fix the problem.
