Ok, so this weekend I did it again. I picked up a 78 Vespa and a 61 Matchless G2. Where in the work do I get parts for these things or any info?

Cool, is the Matchless the street bike version or the Scrambler? My old man used to race Matchless on dirt and he has a couple of those in the barn, one near cherry and one in a basket. Parts pop up for the G2 fairly often on Ebay USA and they are usually not too dear at all as most people are fighting over the large capacity bike parts....

I picked up Mick Hemmings recommended Norton layshaft bearing at this place: www.treatland.tv
While actually advertising themselves as a moped store, they have a fair number of Vespa parts (in addition to the layshaft bearing - which turns out to also be a main bearing for a Puch moped engine). Buying the bearing is my only experience with them, but they sent e-mails and shipped promptly, so I'd buy there again.
