Hi guys,

The only place to mount my fancy new podtronics unit it seems is to sling it under the coils, so I've made a bracket to mount it in the airflow.

Somewhere in the grey cells it say the loom is made of 9/0.3 wire...Is that correct?

Also...I've got a blue/yellow wire that spurs out at the master (key) switch, there's nothing on the diagram to say where it's supposed to go. IIRC it goes from the M/S, ends up in the headlamp shell without terminating anywhere. Thoughts?

Thanks!

Steve

The original Lucas wiring was 14/32 SWG, I believe, which is approximately equivalent to metric 8.75A, 1.0mm, 14/0.30 standard cable.

I don't know which diagram you are looking at, but 1971 - '73, diagrams show blue/yellow [UY] going to the headlamp lighting switch, as UY is the headlamp feed.
