Hi all, any one had much to do with Commando Specialities and their mail order service?
The reason I ask is that I ordered 2 x items from them , CS-1211, a Venhill oil line system and CS-1203, a rocker spindle retaining kit.
Lovely stuff and quick mail out, only to find that the spindle kit is missing the actual plates , gaskets, SHCS & copper washers all there , but no plates.
Emails remain unanswered.

Contact them. They are legit. I'm sure there's some sort of explanation. If things are missing, surely they will send them along.
 
I have ordered a lot of stuff from them. Never had an issue with anything they sent, so I never had to contact them, but try the phone.
I certainly hope they make it right.

I believe the owner is a member here. I can't remember his username off the top of my head.
I've gotten a few items from him in the past. Always had a decent experience. The business is not his day job, so maybe he just needs to get home from work before he has time to reply to email.

All sorted , have spoken to both James and Duane, missing plates are on their way. Great service.

Good. Have pity on us in this region. Over 100 inches of snow in just 2 months :)
 
I've gotten quite a few things through them over the years, Duana is very nice & a stand up guy. They are buried in snow so like Dekard said "Have pity". Shite happens.

Thanks to Duane & James, good service, rocker spindle caps turned up today, if you guys see this post, happy to go halves in the freight cost .Appreciate the effort
