Blown up Boyer in Daytona. After fixing that, the cheap after marked petcock split and dumped fuel all over me. Luckily, there were about 3 threads left and I was able to plug it and get back to the hotel.

Daytona 2004 or so. On a small hill (what is supposed to be the highest point in that area)

And of course Mr Eastwood:

I remember your visit that year, I am the one in the middle of pic and the red bike.

Here's two of the interests I have.....

Commando Pics.

Toxic, I like the 1970 Chevelle, owned one in 1972. A 2 door Malibu. Silver w/black vinyl top. 307 engine. Also like your profile picture, she knows how to swing her buttocks.

Really like this vintage photo above, Windy....same red bike...but all that dark hair on your noggin in 2004???....I guess some things don't stay the same

Anyway, not that there's a shortage of photos of our fellow Nortoneers' bikes...one more photo thread is always fun:

DON'T EVEN GO THERE

There may be snow on the roof, Buddy (me included)...but there's still fire on the road when we're on our Combats. Looking forward to catching up with you in Apopka later this month for the "ball and spring" sump fix. All the best to you and the family in this New Year!!

Hi Guys,
I just gotta ask, in the 2004 photo is that a Northern New England Norton Owners club shirt and if so is that Dyno Dave Comeau
standing on the right?

Hey, Geo46er, are you coming down for your winter getaway this year?? If you are, PM me....we can have lunch down your way and I'll let you take a ride and see what a dialed-in TM34'd Combat feels like.

Yes, Left to right Larry Martin of NNENO, Windy (suspected you might be the same person), and Dyno Dave. Windy was nice enough to show us some good roads and a good time around the area.

here is mine on its first "legal" ride after I got it registered. I took this pic with my cellphone so it is not the best quality but I like it. This was taken the end of december. We are having a pretty good winter here in Utah perfect for a quick ride now and then.

My '75 Interstate; trustiest sreet-legal classic Britbike I own, it can take me cross country with no issues other than I'd like to install a windscreen for longer rides-

'72 Combat with Dunstall bodywork, Norvil FF front brake, ARD mini-mag, Thomaselli adjustable clip-ons, rearsets, and a few other nice bits-

One-off Kenny Dreer prototype monoshock 880 that was THE original prototype for the new Commando; standard 850 engine in it now, ZX6 front end (and original non-running monoshock prototype)-

My favorite before & after conversion of a Commando-

Wow! Paul I've allways thought that "black & blue" bike was one of the coolest looking Modern takes on a Commando and cmessenk, nice dash & since I'm getting ready to fit my adjustable clip ons so I would like more pics please.

I'd trade in my speedy against one of those 880's with the ZX6 front end in a heart beat. Can't remember if i asked before Paul, did you make the pipes for that bike, or did they come with it?

Love that pic Orsonoce :)

That's the bike I built from Kenny Dreer's leftovers. Those pipes were hand made one-offs for the prototype 952.
