Hi,

Does anyone know what size the inlet manifold capscrews are on a Commando.
I know that I will have to cut down an Allen Key but I don't know what size Allen Key to get.

On mine it depends on the head dia. I have 2 bought from Norvil with 12mm OD and 1/4 AK and 2 at 11mm OD that were on the bike and they are 7/32! You should be able to measure the outer screws with a rule.

Trim the short end off, use a ratchet and socket and the carb R&R is a piece of cake.

Thanks everyone. It was 7/32 and I didn't even need to trim the Allen Key. I bought a set of Kingchrome ones that had a shorter than normal "short" side.
