Collectivism, Individualism and Covid 19

The World Health Organisation is saying we need 'collective solidarity' to beat Covid 19. Collectivism is the most fundamental of Australian values. It probably originated amongst the convicts in the prison hulks on the Thames River in London during the 18th century. Neoliberal individualism might be good for the economy, however not so good as a survival strategy.

I would be interested to know the percentage of people who have tested positive for Covid 19 and did NOT have elevated temperature. I have been to a few places where optical thermometers are being used as a screening test for Covid 19. It has been claimed that some people who have tested positive for Covid 19 have been asymptomatic.
