Guys, is there any type of clutch lever bushing that would go in the clutch lever around the pivot screw? I replaced the pivot bolt but there is a little bit of play there and I don't see a bushing available on the Andover diagrams. Thanks!

I don't think there is a replacement bushing available.
I usually grab a new pivot screw, and make a new bushing for the lever to fit the new screw.

If it's crazy loose, replace the lever, or, if it's just a bit wambly, slather with moly grease and enjoy. Changing to a much loger bolt with unthreaded shank helps, trim to suit.

Id like a few of those myself. One more thing for Andover to run
up to complete their well stocked shelves.
Not all of us have a handy dandy lathe sadly.

Thanks guys. It is the right pivot bolt. The one I took out was ground down about half way through. With the new bolt installed, there is still some wiggle up and down on the lever. I'm wondering if a thin nylon/teflon washer might snug things up. It probably would, but I wonder how long it would last.

I shimmed mine with .020" brass shim washers I had on hand.

yep, do what Brent says, but taking up the slack with suitable shim washers will help .
Today I just finished rebushing and modifying the pivot bolt on 60 new twin pull cable lever assemblies for my 4ls brakes , now perfect and well worth the effort.

I had someone weld up the holes in the perch then drilled and tapped it for a stripper bolt. I put an Ina needle bearing in the lever. If I did it again I'd sleeve the perch with the necessary mods, it would be sufficient. Likewise, a bronze bushing would probably be just as good.
Motion Pro sells replacement levers with bushes or bearings. If you could find one that has the right pivot to cable distance the transplant could probably be done.

Something often neglected is to grease the lever when new. When my clutch lever wore out prematurely, I drilled out the perch and inserted a bushing. Tightened the lever up like new again. Greased it and no more problems. Found a bushing in a box of stuff I had 1/4 x 1/2 x 1/4.

Re-grease as a minimum every season. takes less than 5 minutes

Well, I installed a new Venhill Teflon lined cable today and the difference is very noticeable. It's not super light... but a good improvement.
