Clutch centre removal

How do I remove clutch centre from outer basket? Removed both outer and inner circlips (outer retains bearing I guess and inner retains clutch centre?). should the clutch centre just knock out with a hammer from the back of it?

"Hammer" sounds a bit brutal ! It should be possible to tap it out carefully with the use of a soft drift.

If you're replacing the bearing then the most care will need to be taken when re-assembling.

It seems tight. I expect a light press fit on the inner race but....
