What you need is a Mayor ( twist his arm behind his back) , some hay bales , The A.C.U. , and a ' disclaimer ' . Nothing to it really . Bout the only things the TVs good for theres showing meetings like this .
 
also Spa....the driver has a starter failure at the grid, bump starts the car, then works his way to the front...quite thrilling!
