Chipped follower pad

1 step forward, 2 steps back it seems on this build...

my radius ground followers have a 3/4" chip along the side of the pad, doesn't appear on the contact surface, but I'm hesitant to use them... looking for options...

That looks like the pad was not quite centered on the body when it was originally brazed on. It should have no bad effects. Jim
