Carb balance pipe

Hiya
Can I use the two carb balance pipe connections with my Morgan carbtune balancer to fine balance my Concentric Amals for my 72 Roadster?
Seems to me to make a lot of sense.

You can.
Works well - provided all the jets are clear and free.

Any blockages or debris in the idle jets or passages anywhere will have you chasing your tail though - the carbs must be clean and all in tip top condition.

as stated yes and I have been very happy with the results, idle is smooth and engine has less vibes when carb balance is accurate.

Yes.

If this is the first time you will be using your Morgan Carbtune to balance Amals then you may need to hang the Carbtune in the upside down position in order to get good vacuum readings (see Carbtune instructions for: "Your bike - R series BMWs" as Amals also tend to give low vacuum readings).
