I was at the show and swap in Davenport last weekend and came across this Indian Royal Enfield.

Seems from 1955 Enfields were marketed in the US as Indians, until????......

Clymer bound the two together as well, later on.

I managed that on a Triumph once.

I blame having the flu at the time.

Wait a minute - the heads are correct, the cylinders are switched left to right also rotated 180

There were a fair number of British bikes at this years show and swap meet in Davenport Iowa.

If youthink about it , it makes sense to fitem that way , airflow & temperature . So likely itts a DELIBERATE mistake . Not pisstake .

A Indian Enfield , give a whole new perspective to the term . Wonder who OWNS that opperation , NOW .
