Are they just filling existing orders or is there an unsold inventory?

please don't tell me to call every dealer, there is no online source showing any for sale to just look up?

which model is the most comfortable for an old guy, most upright?
 
Gold Coast Motorsports in New Hyde Park NY has the Black Sport model on Ebay. It May be the only one available in the US for the next couple of months.
As far as comfort you want the SF or Sport models as they don't have the clipons. Where are you located?

The most comfortable will be the Sport or the SF. The dealer in NY did have an unsold bike available to the public. Don't know if it's still for sale.
