Sounds like you're having fun :-0 Now you know why I prefer a Mk3!! At least you can drop the motor out in a hurry!! I use metalastics in my headsteady, all other engine bolts 10mm and the plates/cases reamed out to match for a tighter fit. never had a problem with vibes running 78% (Kuhn figures!) The headsteady is a 3 piece, a 1/2 inch plate to the head, and 2 x 1/2 inch plates on each side screwed down from the top with the metalastics bored and fitted to them, then just a bolt through to the frame on each side, works a treat!!
