camplate/quadrant bushes?

I have had a very small trickle of oil coming from these bushes which is slowly getting worse.
When I checked Phil Radford catalogue for these I could not find them listed, the O rings were new when installed so I cant see it being them.

Its saturday and I cant get a hold of Phil. Does anybody know the part # for these two bushes?

I think those bushes rarely wear out. So little movement there. Hold old are the O-rings? Did the retaining bolts come loose? Even if the bushes were a bit worn I would think the O-rings would hold the oil.
