Can an impact wrench be used to take off the cam chain nut? I have used an impact wrench to take off fly wheel nut on Husqvarnas.

Normal right hand thread, 9/16 Whitworth socket, NO [/u impact wrench, lock the motor, then use STEADY pressure on the socket, if possible a cut away timing cover or some other similar support for the intermediate shaft should be used to prevent damage.Good luck. James.
