I have a law firm in Spain willing to take a V4SS owners claim based on EU law that addresses the refusal to provide access to spare, data, software and inspections and seeks to define the as the producer under EU law, this covers both owners of those who retained the V4SS or swapped for a V4SV. This can also cover 961 Commando owners who have been denied access to spares, data, etc. Currently we have around 14 claimants and would welcome more joining, please drop me an email to shaun.taylor@mac.com if interested in learning more.

EU law only applies to the EU, you need to research the applicable UK laws with the added issue of who do you sue ? The guilty party no longer exists as a legal entity and TVS bought only the trademarks and none of the liabilities.
