Bsa transfers

Hi can someone tell me where the, bsa garter water slide transfers go , would it be the top of the lower fork leg or bottom of the head light mount ,where the stanchion goes through, edit , now after reading more forums , I think the red part surrounding the standing arms is the Garter and they just go on the tool box and oil tank .also should a 54 bsa b33 have a stencil type "bsa" on the rear of the seat ? Or was that just for later model stuff . Cheers.
