$150 with intact cushions is very fair price for both parties, win win. My John Tinkle shift linkage is pretty slack-adazy sloppy floppy but only noticed when reaching down to move peg and then pants cuff brush by on linkage, otherwise almost as slick sure as fixed lever. What I have not solved yet is to get the fold peg to nip up with good fold angle. If tight enough, peg folds in way of kicker, if too loose it rotates while riding off so peg folds down with foot following. For short intervals when right I can use foot only to move it up or down and flip kick peg forward w/o human hands involved. I put a paper thin shim under but that was too much so peg tightened down to fold peg about backwards facing. I guess next I'll dry the oil off threads and try blue loctie. The peg fixing nut to Z plate is dam tight and not the issue.

I finally had time today to put on the Rearsets... What a difference it make to my comfort level when riding!!!! So much more comfortable!

Does anyone have any close up pictures of the brake light switch mounted on theirs... When I put my switch on, the wires were literally coming out the back and touching the exhaust. I have pulled the switch off for now. Front brake light works fine but I'd still like to connect it.

Thanks guys.

Rear brake switch??? What rear brake switch??? We don't need no stinkin rear brake switch!!! Well seriously I don't have one hooked up right now on mine just because I can't find a good switch & a way to mount it. I hate the stock plasttic (pos) piece of (a-hem) junk switch but will some day. I realy would like to have one if someone has a clean way to do it..

My Trixie had the rear brake wires wiped off by a limb so no stinking rear switch for me either. Rear brake is ok for a Norton drum but any real braking with front lights the light.

Do these help? Doesn't look very clean does she? Closeups show all the warts
