Carbs cleaned and synced. 1kick start when warm.open throttle engine Bogs. Air cleaner off right now had sticky float almost caught fire scary.

My son had that problem on his bike. The clip holding the needle in the slide came loose. Easy enough to check with the filter off and motor not running. Reach in with a finger and work the throttle. You should feel the needle move up when the slides rise.
