Big bore silencer.

Heyguys.
I need help to finding the right silencer for my short stroke build. Want to buy muffler that fits 1 1/2 "pipe and has outlet diameter / bore of 1 3/4". Preferably peashooter, but not necessarily.
Can someone help me?

Best i know is the long dong Dunstal megaphones will fit your dimensions but they are kinda long and heavy to hang off header but when tuned right OH LA LA can they wake up a hot to trot Commando engine. If no other help here, [unlikely] i've gone down the world wide list of Brit Iron vendors to find some nice surprises and options and make interesting friends. Attenting a big rally is very entertaining - educational on the wide variety of what others put on and get away with.

A google search for 'big bore peashooter commando' turns up a number of entries.
Commando Specialities in the US supply them, but note they come from the UK - made by Wassell. ?
Do RGM supply them ?

There was a thread here recently - that noted that the smaller bore ones were faster and stronger ?

I'm a litte bit surprised that there were so few tips.
But I'm satisfied with the answers I received, especially, there was a good link you sent bwolfie.
Viking Exhaust can also make silencers for special requests. So I get hold of the silencer I want .

I got a set of 750 Vikings back in 2004 or so and only took grinding about half the thickness out of its flange and the ring nut to fit in the LH and a hardly noticed kink in front of RH one to bend so it didn't foul the points cover or aim at the ground, but hey the chrome on mine is holding up.

I got lost in that! Wonderful link, and lots of good info.

Anyone can make a dang good silencer if spending enough for materials and weld finishing and chrome, it take more intelengce to produce a dang good header pipe, so definitely try some Viking mufflers and can't go wrong much if the mounting is in right area and angle.
