My original fittings are gonzo... The owner before me put duck tape and junk SS from the hardware store. It seems like the verdict is out and the Tygon is wining. I have continued to look around without luck, for the look that I want. Looks like I'm staying old school and going back to the clear. I think I will like it best anyways...

I pick it up at my local lawn implement shop for $.03/in. Which, if my math skills don't fail me is $.36/ft. Which is, if the rest of my waning skills don't fail me, cheaper than I've seen it anywhere else.

Ive always like the Tygon see through light green fuel line that the Ducatis used on 80's SS etc. Also those wire hose clamps used look and work OK aswell (thats what Im using on my special).
Not wanting to offend, but, I believe they would be a good investment and ditch those zipp ties! Zipps are Ok to me for a quick roadside fix?
Spiral springs are available to fit over fuel lines to keep from kinks and some have a smaller diameter end to act a clamp.
Just my $0.01 wurfth

Yellow Tygon with yellow zip ties, what was I thinking?????
Love the yellow tygon, certainly got everyones attention on here, but agree zip ties are to go as soon as I find a good local suply of circular spring clips.
Regards Mike

Two or three loops of stainless safety wire- pulled snug with safety wire pliers is about as good as it gets for fuel hose clamps. Jim

Been doing that for years. Glad I'm not the only one. I get some strange looks from people when they spot it, but it's simple, and it works.

Just to upset the apple cart, I prefer regular black automotive hose. All the clear stuff seems to turn to rock. I ground off the ferrules and used the original fittings. The black line stays put with no hose clamps. Mine has been on there for 6 or more years now. If I change it I might try the fuel injection hose as it has a nice blue liner in the hose.

Exactly the same here. Looks better to me.

This is what I just bought. I'm sure I overpaid, but what else is new?
