the disassembly continues. when i got the existing bearing out of the rear drum i found a sealed unit, was expecting an open bearing, what is of concern and the reason for this posting is, that the bearing that came out was a 2203 , same dimensions as the factory 4203, but the 2203 is a self aligning bearing which means the it will allow the drum to wobble...
so beware of sellers offering a sealed 4203. it is not available from skf or fag. skf lists a 3203 angular contact (17x4017.5) at about 3x the price of the 4203.
so i have heard that there are 4203's available as sealed units, would want to see the specs for load and rpm rating, if anyone has the info.
