Availability of 88SS and 650SS Front Mudguards

Hi Bernard
I bet not all Indians are the same and some would do some good work, it is just a shame the ones that are turning out the bad stuff couldn't go the last few steps and make them correct.
May be they don't have good originals to go by?

Leonc may be I should have gone for the Enfieldcountry guys as I have heard some of their gear is reasonable.

I am guessing that they don’t have press tools, so they beat it out by hand- herein lies the problem, they use a large sheet of metal wrap it round a 19 inch diameter former, then attempt to wrap over the sides which inevitably deforms the radius, hence the mudguard deforms from its original position- it takes a really good sheet metal worker to accomplish keeping it to the original radius.
