Anyone ever wired an ignition switch into their Atlas? It's convenient not needing a key but not something I like. How'd you wire it, type of ignition, and location ideas are what I'm after. Thanks guys.

If you're still running a magneto, the only thing to keep it from starting, is shorting points to ground just like the kill switch does...Nothing that would work with the magneto to prevent easy theft..I would say best theft prevention would be locking the forks....

+1

If you were to wire in a switch, it would have to ground the mag points when key off (NC circuit). It might deter someone not knowledgeable about magnetos, and who did not have a Leatherman or knife to cut the wire at the magneto cover.
