Large stock bikes in store, definitely not for the average motorcyclist

It was great to put some names to some faces today guys. I really enjoyed it.

Great ride there and back too, approx 240 miles. I pecable navigation skills by the way Ben! The clip ons really aren’t so bad once you get used to ‘moving around a bit’ to allow circulation etc!

Krazy Horse were a great bunch, they serviced my bike whilst I was there and said they’d fit the 02 eliminator kit for me too. Trouble is, I forgot to take it. There’s lots to see and do there, and they are proper ‘can do’ people. It’s an ideal service place for local 961s I’d say.

Y’all know how the famous ‘Slippery Sam’ got its name? Ben, you need to change your handle to ‘Slippery Ben’...

Great weather, despite the early morning fog, great venue, great company, great ride 350 miles. Dark by the time I got home to find to find the family had been to the pub and my dinner had gone into the dogs, but do I care? No! Best day out this year.

Anyone got a group photo where we’re all actually paying attention and looking at the camera?

Now it's five, almost a plague.
Have we had enough of Krazy horse yet fellows?

Great to see you followed up that hardley stuffed with the NORTON'S> I thought this was a Norton site. Strewth. Here in Australia harleys are a friggin plague. Fat overweight men who probably should have chosen the secretary or the sports car!!!! Here in Australia that is.

Well done lads - I had planned to attend but went over on my ankle on Wed so been hobbling ever since - will catch up with you later in the season - Alan

Only just managed to get back on this site, said server was down, turns out it was my broadband box.. anyways it was a great day, thoroughly enjoyed my solo ride there and back, in the sunshine, through the forest, humming a bit of Pink Floyd as you do. It was by far the most enjoyable bike run for a decade or two.... the 961 rocks!

Ben, I knew I had met you before, it was at Donington Hall anniversary launch. Richard, Nigel, Stuart, really enjoyed your company and look forward to the next time! I made a count of nine 961's on the day, not counting those resident at KH, shame the place was so darn packed that we couldn't get a more complete group photo.

Looks brilliant now counting down till i get mine got the new helmet gloves battery charger and other bits turning sad

With a bit of luck it will coincide with an upturn in the weather. A few barbecue evenings at Norton should get it run in nicely...

As clearly stated by BLIGHTYBRIT earlier “we managed total of 9, a few had to dash off early & car park was full most of the afternoon, so here’s 5”.

I’m really not sure what you’re point is? Especially the ‘including riders’ comment. I’ve yet to attend a bike gathering whereby the bikes arrived riderless...!
