Anyone Near Liverpool?

Looking for a kind soul to check out a bike I'm interested in located in Bootle outside Liverpool. It's a Velocette but don't worry if you don't know them. I'm mostly interested in knowing if the seller is legitimate and that the bike exists and he has a title for it. Since I'm in Canada there would be too much trust needed to send any money sight unseen....
