Answered emails are fine.Emails still work AFAIK?
If you can live without, then great.
Did me no good writing there but then I was offering help not placing an order.I think the alternative email works, the normal one has problems missing emails

I tried the email that is supposed to work but no response. Being they are 5 hours ahead, I really don't have the opportunity to call except first thing in the AM prior to rushing out the door for work.Yes, many in the UK keep saying the same thing.
No chance in hell I'm making repeated international calls and trying to describe the parts I want - not worth the slightly lower prices and can live without the special things only they have.
Tried that one. They may receive it but they didn't respond to it. At least for me.I think the alternative email works, the normal one has problems missing emails

I'm guessing in your situation, that you have an international plan on your phone. For what it's worth........
I am a British expat living in America, (legal permanent resident). Spent around thirty years or so in each nation. As you probably guessed I am going to say I have no problem calling the U.K. to place parts orders, and have done so frequently. International phone calls are now much cheaper than they were a few years ago. Yes, British "Customer Services" can be somewhat different from its U.S. equivalent. Sometimes it can seem a bit brusque, but that is just the culture. They want to sell parts and they want to help you buy them. Give it a go, try something new. After all this is a Norton forum. Norton's are hardly everyday fare anymore and shall we say can be "temperamental". You are comfortable with them, so clearly you do not have a problem dealing with the unexpected.
Fair enough. If it does not work for you, then I am delighted to say it is your choice to not call.I'm guessing in your situation, that you have an international plan on your phone.
You probably don't even have to think about how to dial.
Even though I lived in Germany a long time, I have the re-remember what to leave off and what to add when calling internationally, and you can bet that most in the US (and Canada?) have no clue since our phone numbers don't work that same.
The one time I called AN, they were looking for the person I needed, I was on hold for a long time, he was on the phone, he would call back - didn't happen. I called Norvil for a problem repeatedly and end up getting it fixed via email. I have never successfully called RGM. I'm not wasting money calling any of them again!
Yes Roger and Junior are available but I'm making contact from UK on 01946841517 nortonrgm@gmail.com..and still is
Has anyone had any contact with them this week?
No response for me from the US using that email.Yes Roger and Junior are available but I'm making contact from UK on 01946841517 nortonrgm@gmail.com
