'parently they had a bit of a habit of ' dropping valves ' ( The valve head ? ) wonder , all the heads done by Branch . If he did them all at the ' race clearance ' ,
puttering around there'd only be half the oil flow , of wringing them out at 8.000 , and the Expansion wouldnt cut in the same , as theyd bee cooler .

No doubt others will express oyther views . If it were a 70s Ducati , the ' sport ' and ' supersport ' were diferentiated from the ole ' plain Jane ' , stylisticlly as well as mechanically .
They'dve had a choice of the Dirt Track or the Road Racing type . If they wanted to create a stand out top line model , and couldve stung the punters more for the privlige .



NOW , if they'd done it MORE like a TR6SS , there wouldve been a bit of potential , to loose the lights'n'mufflers , like a B 33 Clubmans . ! ? .



So , Harley Davidson was very Conservative ! . amougst other people . not to mention cash strapped . as the exec's'd spent it all , living it up .
