I'm struggling to get emails out to Alton in France.
Has anyone else had issues contacting them lately?

Hah! I thought it was just me they didn't take a shine to :oops:

I asked a question regarding the amount of poly inserts they are now recommending and didn't hear from them for 5/6 weeks, then out of the blue Laurent sent me an apologetic email with the answer (that I'd already gleaned from here).

I think if you can be patient they'll come back to you - if you're desperate, give 'em a bell 👍
 
I've had a few email exchanges where they were a bit slow to pick up initially, but the emails are getting bounced now, so starting to get a bit concerned

Have you tried calling them? When I had a oil leak before Christmas, the e mail didn't work for me either. So I called them

It was past closing time Friday, so I'll try Monday.
I think I need to reiterate; it isn't lack of responsiveness, it's the fact that emails are now being instantly bounced back from both addresses I have - they're not getting sent, like the account has been closed down.
I'm hoping it's just a technical glitch.
