About manifold measurements

Please,
I know the manifolds have this measurements:
28/30;
30/30;
30/32.
Please, could you tell me where they are fitted and the Aml corresponding?.

Someone says there are other measurements: If it is true what they are and where they are mounted?

As I understand it:
060509 30/28 (superseded by *062819).
All 750 Commandos to 1971, then standard 750 Commandos with "30mm" (28.5mm) heads and 30mm carbs '72 - '73.

062711 32/32. All 750 Commandos with 32mm heads and 32mm carbs from 1972 (Combats, and post-Combat 750 Commandos with RH5 and RH6 heads) also 850 models fitted with 32mm intake (RH4) heads.

065196 32/30. 850 models with 30mm (RH10) heads.

*(062819 is listed as 30/30 in Roy Bacon's Norton Twin Restoration book)

If the 850 RH10 head has 30 mm ports, wich manifolds this mounts, 30/32 or 32/32 ?.
